These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tricampstore.com.au and any purchase you make from TriCamp. By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

TriCamp (ABN 90 400 184 525) is registered in New South Wales, Australia. We design and supply ultralight camping gear in titanium, natural wood, and hand-shaped cowhide leather, sold through tricampstore.com.au.

By using our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, along with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, each of which forms part of your agreement with us. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order with TriCamp. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide at checkout (including your name, delivery address, and payment details) is accurate and complete.

4. Products, Descriptions & Pricing

We do our best to describe and display our products accurately, but please keep the following in mind:

• All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• Prices, product availability, and specifications may change without notice.
• Product colours may look slightly different from the photos on our website due to screen, monitor, and lighting differences.
• Because our products are made from natural and durable materials, small marks, grain differences, and colour variation between individual titanium, wood, and leather items are normal and are part of what makes each piece unique — not a fault.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to cancel an order affected by such an error, in which case you will receive a full refund.

5. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment has been received and processed. We accept payment via credit and debit card and Afterpay, processed through secure, SSL-encrypted payment systems.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order, for example where there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, or a product is out of stock. If we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We pack every order with care so it arrives ready for the trail. In summary:

• Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, public holidays, and seasonal demand.
• You'll receive tracking details by email where tracking is available for your shipping method.
• Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order — TriCamp isn't responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
• If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tricampstore.com.au.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). In summary:

• Please check your order on arrival and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if anything is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
• Returns, refunds, and exchanges are available where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by your rights under the ACL.
• We do not offer change-of-mind returns.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days; store credit is valid for 12 months from issue.
• Used or shaped leather goods, custom or personalised orders, final sale items, and gift cards cannot usually be returned unless your rights under the ACL apply.

8. Natural Materials & Product Variation

TriCamp products are made from titanium, wood, and leather — materials chosen for durability and character rather than uniformity:

• Titanium is covered against manufacturing defects for its reasonably expected working life under the ACL. Scratches from normal trail use are not a fault.
• Wood — natural grain, colour variation, and small knots are part of the material, not a defect.
• Leather — will soften, darken, and develop character with use. This natural patina is expected, not damage.

9. Price Guarantee

If an item you've purchased drops in price on tricampstore.com.au within 14 days of your order, contact us and we'll credit the difference to your TriCamp account. This is offered as a goodwill gesture at our discretion, not a guaranteed entitlement.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on tricampstore.com.au — including product photography, descriptions, logos, and site design — is owned by or licensed to TriCamp and protected by Australian copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Reviews & User Content

Reviews you leave should reflect your genuine experience with our products. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that is fake, irrelevant, or inappropriate.

If you tag or submit content featuring TriCamp products (for example, on Instagram), you grant us permission to use that content for marketing purposes, unless you tell us otherwise.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of tricampstore.com.au are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
